KWL GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hanseatic City of Lübeck and was founded in 1973. Its mission is to foster economic development within the Hanseatic City of Lübeck. To this end, KWL acquires, sells, develops, and rehabilitates land; constructs, modernizes, manages, and administers buildings; and provides support to companies for construction projects.

Going forward, KWL GmbH will use PlexMap Immo as a central portal for marketing commercial spaces and vacant properties within the city. Digital vacancy registers serve as an effective tool for vacancy management, as well as for urban densification initiatives and the redevelopment of brownfield sites. PlexMap Immo enables professionals in economic development, city marketing, and city center management to manage and showcase their commercial properties within a single, centralized application. Compared to existing solutions, this powerful WebGIS offers the capability to present commercial spaces and properties in three dimensions.

PlexMap Immo features a modern look and feel and, unlike existing solutions, offers the ability to present commercial properties in 3D. Additionally, the solar potential for each property can now also be queried!

Key features of PlexMap Immo:

  • external providers (e.g., real estate agents) can list their properties independently
  • intuitive filter functions to narrow down the displayed commercial locations
  • monitoring of the commercial property register via our comprehensive client backend
  • interface to CRM systems
  • data can be migrated from existing systems
  • for any device: full support for smartphones and tablets via responsive design (iOS, Android)

We look forward to working with KWL GmbH!
