Stadtteilauto Münster has been operating car sharing for 30 years, making it one of the pioneers in Germany. The company’s goal is to enable as many people as possible to have access to mobility without owning a private car. The car-sharing provider is convinced that fewer cars in the city make our living environment and our environment more livable. More than 7,000 users already trust the services offered by Stadtteilauto Münster.

By providing PlexMap 2D, Geoplex now supports the company with a modern and intuitive web-based visualization of all vehicle locations on a web map. In addition to the actual locations, the map also includes information on the vehicle classes and vehicles available at each site. The services offered by partner providers of Stadtteilauto Münster are also displayed within the map. Technically, the implementation is based on live data, which Geoplex displays in real time in PlexMap 2D via an API.
