Businesses can use the municipal economic development agency’s location portal to find or offer suitable properties and spaces for their business. The new online service is available free of charge at www.standortportal-siegen.de.

An intuitive filter function helps interested parties to view the available commercial locations quickly and easily. In addition, the available offers can be displayed in a 3D city model. If the right property is not listed, search queries can be sent directly to the municipal economic development team, who will then search for suitable offers and establish contacts. Local real estate agents can use the portal to present their commercial offers or transfer and update them in a fully automated manner.
