Eight municipalities in the southern Inntal decided in 2022, on the initiative of the Office for Rural Development (ALE) Lower Bavaria, to launch a project for Integrated Rural Development (ILE). The main goals include achieving a sustainable energy supply, pooling certain administrative tasks, creating a regional brand, expanding the cycling network, improving public services, and strengthening the economy and tourism.

The ILE Inntal association will in future use PlexMap Immo as a central platform for marketing commercial spaces and vacancies. Web-based location portals represent an effective tool for vacancy management, as well as for densification activities and the reactivation of brownfield sites. With PlexMap Immo, stakeholders in business development, city marketing, or urban management can manage and present their commercial properties within a single, centralized application. Compared to existing solutions, the powerful web app also offers the ability to present commercial spaces and properties in three dimensions.
