Open-Space Solar Energy Register
To create an open-space solar cadastre, a comprehensive irradiation grid and all areas eligible for approval under the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) are calculated and integrated into the solar cadastre as additional layers.
With the open-space tool, users can now draw a planned open-space system and perform profitability calculations. The results display information on CO2 savings, installable capacity, and the economic key figures of the planned system, among other things.

Solar Exchange
To further support the expansion of photovoltaic systems on site, the Solar Energy Register can be expanded to include a solar exchange, which enables easy exchange between tenants and lessors of rooftop and open-space properties.
The solar exchange is integrated directly into the Solar Energy Register as an additional feature. To list a building, interested lessors can offer their own roof for lease directly via the solar cadastre query window. Interested lessors can now contact the provider.
