The Magazine is the central data storage component of PlexMap. As a data hub, the Magazine impresses above all with its versatility and compatibility.
All data records that you import into the Magazine are versioned. This prevents the loss of quality-assured data and allows new time stamps to be easily integrated.
To ensure that your geodata can be provided in accordance with INSPIRE, the Magazine features a metadata editor and metadata management.

Versioning:
When a data record is changed, the magazine generates a new time stamp – any time stamp can be called up with a click of the mouse – nothing is lost.

All data in the magazine is immutable – if data is edited, updated, or deleted, our software only saves the changes – you can undo these at any time.

Users and rights:
The system administrator can create users and user groups and assign them definable rights to the stored data (read/write).

System connection:
All stored data can be used immediately in the PlexMap apps or edited in Switchboard. There is a direct connection between data storage and viewing.
