It initiates and coordinates networks and projects that make Krefeld more attractive for companies and skilled workers. Digital vacancy cadastres are an effective instrument for vacancy management as well as for densification activities or the reactivation of brownfields. With PlexMap Immo, actors from economic development, city marketing, or city management manage and present their commercial properties in a central application.
