The Osnabr\u00fcck region \u2013 also known as the heart of the northwest \u2013 is characterized by the key industries of food, mechanical engineering &amp; agricultural technology, transport &amp; logistics, and healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Osnabr\u00fccker Land-Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH (oleg), a subsidiary of the district of Osnabr\u00fcck, the municipalities belonging to the district, and several savings banks in the Osnabr\u00fcck region, is responsible for commercial space development in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geoplex.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/1280px-Landkreisamt_Osnabrueck-Land_2-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9378\" style=\"width:768px;height:576px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.geoplex.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/1280px-Landkreisamt_Osnabrueck-Land_2-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.geoplex.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/1280px-Landkreisamt_Osnabrueck-Land_2-980x735.jpg 980w, https:\/\/www.geoplex.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/1280px-Landkreisamt_Osnabrueck-Land_2-480x360.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Oleg currently wants to update its 2017 commercial space development concept and is relying on PlexMap 2D to do so. As part of the WebGIS application developed by Geoplex for geodata-based commercial space management, a digital commercial space development concept is being created in which the key results are visualized using PlexMap 2D.
